I was told to drop my ID number before I can be able to open up my account but I don’t know what that was for me to do

App is useless, can’t even pass the ID verifying stage.
This is the worse level of bank App it’s a Scam
I made a transaction of N52,000 on this so called stupid app and the recipient never got the money for the past three days and the money was never reversed back to me
And I’ve been trying to contact their support imagine you trying to contact a bank support and it’s saying the user you’re trying to call is not answering I’ve never been this downgraded in my life
in whatever you do make sure you don’t fall to the trap of this stupid people who created this app and they should definitely be terminated it’s the worst bank app ever
