Decent
I have read some of the reviews on here but I don’t know why people feel the way they do because I think it’s a pretty decent service with all things considered. I haven’t really had any issues with it and actually I think it’s pretty good. That does the job and that’s what is needed.

No complaints with the app. Support was always helpful.
Works 10% of time
Bought several months ago. Doesn’t stay connected for more than an hour even though I’m still working on the internet on my laptop.
I’ m in South America these two weeks (July 2026) and it connected once to Canada VPN then disconnected after an hour and doesn’t connect to ANY other place no matter what country you choose.
Had to buy PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS yesterday to be able to work safely here. It’s been working since I installed it no problem. You get what you pay for. Hopefully FastestVPN will get their stuff together and make it work like it should

WONKY NOT AS STABLE AS OTHER VPNS
I got this as a lifetime subscription. Not as gd as my windscribe vpn but it stopped working on my macs when it wanted me to upgrade to mac osx 11; hell w windscribe got this new one. Ok servers keep bumping me off and not as stable; had to go to tech serv to tell me to logon and off every so often. Ok its a newer vpn so i got the great deal so hoping it will get better? Will see; maybe they will improve as time goes on?

Login issues after uodate
After the update, the app just logged me off and now unable to login. Tried resetting the password, reinstalled the app. Nothings working. Please test before releasing any update and frustrating the users.

I have subscribed to life time vpn and they moved away from that so they blocked my account and cant access it anymore
Can’t log in — useless
I can’t log in or use “forgot password” to bypass login error. I keep getting SwiftUI error about encountering an invalid character at line one. So it’s obviously a problem with the way the app is written. I chatted with customer service and got ejected with no help twice.

The price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Sometimes it’s so slow as to be unusable
No longer working
Purchased lifetime subscription and now the app does not let me log in to use it.
It seems this software has a few bugs, however, its price is quite good compared to the other.

Can no longer login
After updating to the new OS I am no longer able to login on the app. My login works online and on my laptop, but when I try to login on the app I just get an “x” that pops up and disappears. I’ve verified that I’m using the correct login info multiple times and I still get the error. Please fix this issue!

Purchase the lifetime subscription, but can’t use it within mainland China. Contacted the customer service by email which is the only way, also ways get a case ticket number, then a guys asking what’s wrong with using the VPN. Then I reply says can’t use it, then never responded me again! Happened three times, I’m tired to chat with the scammers. It’s 30 bucks, use the money to buy the cancer medicine for all your team members. 大陆用不了，买了后跟客服扯皮了三次，没有任何办法退款，妥妥骗子公司，不要买不要买！用我购买的钱给你们团队的人全家买癌症药吧。垃圾公司，垃圾产品！
