A simple but effective fasting tracker of any period
So many apps try to charge you ridiculous monthly fees for a simple timer to show your fasts and track them. This app doesn’t do that, but has some nice cosmetic unlocks if you want premium. It’s the best option for those who used LIFE fasting tracker until it shut down.

This is such a great app for fasting. I’ve used it for years. The updates are really good. You can customize your fast according to you goals. With the many added feature and it being free, this the one to get!!!

Widgets don‘t work
The App is okay. I bought the widget tool but it doesn‘t work on my phone. Can‘t find ist in the Widget Settings of the phone. There is no ihrer setting opportunity in the App.
Maybe someone can tell me how ist works otherwise i guess it is an absolutely fail.
My IPhone works under iOS 15.1.
