Some suggestions for improvement

The cookbook is extensive, and makes planning meals so helpful. The shopping list is also very useful.

I do have some suggestions for improvement.

(1) Say I want to add a meal and I don’t want to choose any of the suggested options, the app takes me to the cookbook. This is fine. However when I click on a cookbook recipe to preview, the app automatically selects that recipe and returns to the meal planner. It would be more useful to be able to preview recipes until you find the one you like, and only then be returned to the meal planner.
(2) It would be useful to have a search function in both the cookbook and in my collection of recipes.
(3) The serving selection I haven’t been able to figure out yet. Say I pick a meal , e.g. today’s lunch, and choose to only have 1 serve. When I return to the meal planner that number of serves gets “forgotten”. When I go back to that meal, the number of serves has been reset to what it was before I had changed it.
(4) Sometimes bits of German language appear (it appears to be random). So far I have found it on the fasting tracker (“heute”), and sometimes the heading of the home page is in German. This doesn’t appear to always happen, only sometimes.
(5) The tips and tasks could be expanded.

That’s a mouthful, but I do believe these suggestions would improve the usability of the app.

Einstieg ins Intervallfasten mit guten Rezepten und Schwächen

Die App ist insgesamt ein guter Einstieg ins Intervallfasten und gefällt mir ganz gut, aber es gibt auch Kritik bzw. Verbesserungspotenzial:
- Fastenhistorie verschwindet: Warum nur 1 Woche Rückblick ohne Historie und Möglichkeit der Detailauswertung?
- Bei jeder Mahlzeit / Flüssigkeitsaufnahme mühsam erfasste Ernährungsdetails werden für den Tag merkwürdig kategorisiert angezeigt und verschwinden dann leider auf nimmer Wiedersehen. Wie schade ist das denn! Hier wären Detailauswertungen und Historien besser
- Die nur kurzfristig verfügbaren „Auswertungen“ haben keinen gemeinsamen Bezugspunkt bzw. einheitlichen Rahmen (viele Kategorien, mehrfach 100 % Angaben möglich, kaum Aussagen ableitbar; besser wäre eine Gesamtzahl für die Nahrungsaufnahme = 100 % mit entsprechenden Anteilen sinnvoller Kategorien)
- Getränkeeingaben in merkwürdigen (vorgegebenen) ml-Maßen. Wer z. B. 250 ml oder 0,3 L trinkt, muss mühsam mehrere Getränke erfassen
- Gestartetes Intervallfasten kann nicht unterbrochen oder manuell korrigiert werden (Uhrzeiten/Daten)
- Details (Datensätze) verschwinden auch hier ohne Möglichkeit der Einsicht / Auswertung
- Persönliche Daten (z. B. Gewicht): Warum manuelles Eintragen / Doppelerfassung und kein Abgleich mit der Health-App?
- Rezepte z. T. mit merkwürdigen Maßen (Unzen) und bei Veränderung der Portionen manchmal mit Fehlern
- Fehlende Historien und keine Möglichkeiten individuelle Korrekturen vornehmen zu können, machen die App irgendwann einfach unattraktiv, da eh alles im Nirvana verschwindet

Pro-Version bezahlt, aber nicht bekommen!

Vor zwei Tagen habe ich mir die Pro-Version gekauft, kann sie aber bisher nicht nutzen. Auf eine EMail habe ich bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Ich warte gern noch ab, bin aber schon. Enttäuscht, dass mir die zwei Tage verloren gehen. Vielleicht bekomme ich ja hier Hilfe.

Awesome App

My NY2023 resolution is to get healthy and fit with a lifestyle change. I have been researching and decided on Fasting as a way to get there, so next step was to find an app to help me. I hate subscriptions and seen this app with a half price once off payment so bought it. I have to say the app is great with good fasting tracking, food and exercise diary, an awesome recipe cookbook and much more. My wife and I love to many recipes to choose from and look forward to meal times. In the 6 days of using the app and cutting out sugar completely, I have lost 5 kilos and feel great. I highly recommend the app to anyone that wants to take control of their health. To the developers, I would like to make some suggestions on usability if you would like to reach out.
