Great experience but tags are no longer available
The app and contactless experience is AMAZING and it is the need of the hour. I was so impressed with the technology that I spread the word and everyone on my family now wants to use fastlane but none of your pumps have them. I tried at Autolines Pune many times but they don’t have tags anymore. Please look into this. People want to use your great product but are unable to.

After 3 pump I able to redeem my 500 which was stuck in fast lane app..Finally 1 of the pump getting redeem but I have to wait such 15 min for that .. Very fool service.

Registration Failed
Not able to register through my Yahoo id. That is my primary ID for Apple ID also. Also since 2 months there is no update. Lot of bugs
Beware - doesn’t work at most pumps
Most pumps will have “network error” and you won’t ever be able to finish your balance. Filled with 10k and have tried at many pumps - always facing technical and network errors. Don’t use.

Nice feature but petrol pumps are reluctant for fastlane
It’s a nice feature implemented but most of the time petrol pumps here in pune(only few have fastlane facility) are reluctant for fastlane
They always give some excuses

Its a scam running by HP. Fast lane customers had to wait for more than 15-20 minutes. They always give stupid reasons like network is not available etc. when i asked to speedup they told me why did you take fast lane. App is equally buggy. I was trying to raise query but it doesn’t allow to write after 3-4 words. Total scam. Stay away.

Useless
Most of the outlets not equipped with this facility and wherever is available, it's not functional properly. Personnel must be trained.
RFID Tag doesn’t work
Couldn’t start using the app, since the RFID tag they talk about didn't work. Error all the time, "Tag doesn't exist. Try another tag."
No Tag
The app showed that I can get the tag installed but when I went to the fuel station they said the man doesn’t come on Sunday and they weren’t sure about his timings on Weekday. Poor execution of the new technology
No Where Tag Available
Always we Hear this at mumbai that tag is not available and my 100 points will expire before I get tag.

Great app. I was just amazed by its utility and convenience. Recommended.
Easy & Saves Time!
Its cashless and most importantly convenient. Fuelling at the petrol pump is definitely easier with this app. Saves me from chaos at pump.. :)
No Option for Motorcycle!!
App doesn’t facilitate motorcycle/ bike options plus it has a mandate to register the vehicles else it doesn’t reflect barcode scanning option. Guess, developer should check HP refuel app and replicate the options.

Wallet automatically becomes zero whenever you go to fuel the car. No proper service. Not at all useful
