Poor Customer Support & No iPad eSIM Support
Unfortunately, the company does not support eSIM configuration for (iPad Pro. M2 chip with cellular data) which is quite inconvenient for customer using cellular iPads.

Can’t connect to the app!
The app won’t connect to my eSIM on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app again, tweaking the Settings on my iPhone. And even the showroom service couldn’t fix it. I just purchased another eSIM just to connect the app to my eSIM again. Still no fix only my money wasted.
