It opens up in a foreign language something like Turkish, though the app says English.

It says that I have to turn off wifi in order for it to check my number but it still does not work when I turn off my wifi

For security reasons, we expect you to make your first login from the mobile network after the update. Then, you can easily do your transactions from wherever you want, regardless of wifi or mobile network. We wish you a nice day.

I m using fastpay since January 2019 regularly paying my bills through your app but i can not verify my profile such as a name surname even i went to deniz bank branch to solve this issue but not succeeded.
