Stupid app and stupid company

You have to call customer service through this app, and you have to download it using Fastlink service to get your username and password!!!! But what if you don’t have connection or you have poor internet connection- as usual with Fastlink- and you need to contact customer service. Giving the fact that I have tried to contact them through their website, and the button was not working.
My advice is to do not download this app, and not to use Fastlink anymore just live as we have used to 40 years ago. No internet for better life.
