Very Disappointed – Ongoing Connectivity Issue Ignored by Support
Since the most recent update, the FastVPN app has caused my phone to disconnect from Wi-Fi every time the screen locks—unless the app remains active in the background. I reached out to support, but they immediately blamed my device without taking any steps to investigate the problem.
I’ve tested this issue across multiple devices and experienced the same results, yet support continues to dismiss it. Without proper acknowledgment or troubleshooting, the app has become unreliable and essentially unusable for me. I expected better from a paid VPN service.

Unknown error Authenticating
After updating the latest patch, now constantly got this error when connecting through Wi-Fi.
VPN Error: Unknown Error Authenticating. Try to restart the app.
The workaround is to switch between 5G and get connected, then switch back to Wi-Fi. I can survive but inconvenient. Please try to fix and I will give 5 stars.

App doesn’t let me sign in

I will say the app work perfectly but the VPN doesn’t protect when you are trying to use it abroad to stream Hulu and some other hard websites, Facebook still penetrates it, so it need more work, apart from this, this service are good, this is my opinion.

They flag your account for no reason, they even refunded me when I didn’t want too saying suspected fraud and when I go to make a new account they don’t like what email provider I’m using. The von also states it’s good for one thing but when I tried to use it for that it didn’t work. So I don’t know, the servers seemed pretty fast but there’s other problems mostly with their management team.

Got this as a cheap vpn. Worked for one day before being locked out of my account . If they fix this I will fix my rating but until then I advise to stay away

Tanti problemi
La uso da quando è uscita (7anni) e sin da allora hanno fatto pochi passi in avanti. App quasi sempre buggata. Dal momento che la apri a quando la usi. In apertura app ti dice che non hai connessione e che il problema è tuo e della tua connessione invece è l’app che si bugga e non riconosce la rete. Per di più ho due sim e fa lo stesso su entrambe. Idem con WI-FI. Problemi costanti con il mantenimento della connessione mentre la si usa. Almeno 3/5 volte si disconnette mentre la utilizzi rendendo invano il suo utilizzo. App che spesso chiede e richiede il login e ti bombarda di richieste di feedback, che anche se vengono forniti portano a molto poco. Namecheap in sé è un’ottima azienda specialmente per quanto riguarda domini e hosting, ma nei VPN ha tanto da lavorare. Tantissimi server disponibili e in alcuni casi veloci, ma molto spesso lenti infatti si naviga ad un terzo della voluttà rispetto all’usare la propria connessione senza vpn.

Best priced VPN for best service
I got the promotion they have going on for 1 year for only a dollar a month and no other VPN service out there can match the amount of locations to choose, the speed, and price.

The app is using VPN from Namecheap company. I signed up for their promotion for the first time, and I used it for 2 days only but then they blocked it. I wasn’t aware of it, and when I realized it, they send me a list of documents I need to provide for their verification purposes.
Passport, driver license a selfie, and bank account proof of holding. I’m surprised they didn’t asked for SSN. After I provided my data, they just took away my promo subscription like I was a current client. So I was never able to use their platform with first time I user subscription. They also emailed and said there is nothing they can do about. TERIBLE customer service, very unprofessional. Do not sign up with them!
