Wanted to try somewhere new and came to Fat Cousins. We were NOT disappointed. We’re working our way through the pizza menu. The Margherita pizza is my favorite so far
Great Transition
I actually find the new app to be quite an improvement! My loyalty points from the old toast system were moved over and their new loyalty program has a ton of different reward tier options.
The online/app ordering is easy to navigate and and I like how I can view all of my past orders. They seem to have more online offers available now too instead of just for in store redemption.
Also a bonus - the ability to order large party orders off the app now instead of having to call each time. It gives us more options to modify.
Compared to the old app, this is certainly better!

Horrible Transition
So listen, love the restaurant and their food. While the Toast app was sketchy to move around in, their new app is like amateur hour. No Apple Pay, nothing was populated from the old platform, etc.
While I love the place, pizza people have no business making tech decisions. Poor choices were made.
I’ll be looking for a replacement for Fat Cousins based on this horrible tech experience.
