After every order I will receive normally 10% loyalty points but suddenly this option was not showing and customer support replaying same answer even If my question is different, atleast customer support should be good rather than anything else . I don’t recommend this app inspite it is having higher delivery charges than others

King of scammers and total fraud
Worst delivery experience ever. The delivery agent was acting over-smart and constantly trying to hurry everything. It felt like a careless third-party service with no professionalism at all. They changed the order over the phone but still charged full delivery fee and tax for a lower-value order. Completely unacceptable service. This deserves zero stars. Fata Fat has lost a customer forever. Bye bye FataFat.

Bakwas Service with the Highest Charges & it’s a team with no accountability
Even after having a discount coupon of 50₹ this app will charge you the delivery charges of 80₹ for a single order under 5 km, which is highest in the industry and the best part is the order never gets delivered even after 50 min and when you call the customer care, they have no clue about the order, they will simply share the contact of the delivery boy. Basic accountability is also missing here, not sure why they have started this app if they were not able to manage a basic standard?

On top of that, the deliveries are frequently delayed, causing frustration for people who rely on timely service. This lack of consistency makes it hard to trust the app, and at times, it feels completely useless for local deliveries in Haldwani. If possible, avoid using it.

FRAUD delivery service
I have placed an order worth Rs 367 and after 20 minutes I have received a confirmation call that madam, is the order placed by you confirmed? I said yes it is confirmed. After 10 minutes a message came that ma’am we are canceling your order because there are no lights in the restaurant, I messaged them to give the refund and they wrote they will give refund but in their app wallet only.. I had to convince them with great difficulty I need the money in my bank account and finally they agreed but It's been 5 days and I still haven't received my money back nd also they are not giving me any update about anything..

Good for daily use
The app is a good fit for the daily use. It is responsive, don’t lag and i like the UI. Simple to use and notifications works perfectly fine for me with promotional offers.

I got my food so fast
It works now!
No more crashes on login, was able to place multiple orders and no issues were observed. It still lacks some optimisation as the app is quite sluggish but it works!
