Very Disappointing & Misleading Experience

I took a ₹1 lakh loan through FatakPay. The processing charges were already deducted, but I was later asked to pay additional money with different explanations, including that I had caused a lot of follow-up/work for them.

What is more concerning is that the person who contacted me was not clearly representing FatakPay, and the payment was made to a different name. The transaction screenshot shows the name Shashikant Vaman Shilimkar, while I was also dealing with someone named Roshan Bahakar regarding the loan process. This created serious doubts and confusion for me.

I was also told that once my CIBIL history was created for just 1 month, I could clear the loan. Now, when I actually want to close the loan, I am being told to wait for 6 months. This is completely different from what I was told before taking the loan.

If you are considering taking a loan, please ask for everything in writing—processing fees, additional charges, foreclosure rules and exact closure period—before making any payment.

I request FatakPay to properly investigate this matter and clarify who collected the additional money and why I was given different information. Customers should not be confused or pressured like this. Please remember that customers also have families and financial responsibilities.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

App does not works properly

After repaying loan it is stuck on error page and not able to get loan again , and the issue persists for about 7 -10 days or maybe more as mine is still stuck in loading page and not able to get loan and also after doing email complaint it is still stuck on same page and previously I had closed the loan but the autopay is still not disabled and another autopay generated for secondary both are open , disgusting app and service

Money not received

Very disappointing experience with FatakPay! I took a loan on 28 August at around 11 PM, and it has been 4 days but the loan amount still hasn’t been credited to my bank account.

What’s more frustrating is that AutoPay has already been set up on my bank account even though I haven’t received the money. How can repayment be expected when the loan amount hasn’t even been credited?

Customer support has also not provided a proper solution. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Please resolve my issue immediately and clearly explain the status of my loan. ❌

Loan amount distribute

I am very disappointed with their service. Their customer support is extremely poor. Whenever I call the helpline number, I only hear a recorded message and never get connected to a real support representative. Emails take around 4 days to receive a reply, and there is no proper support through WhatsApp either.

When you apply for a loan, it gets approved instantly, but the payment takes 4 days to reach your bank account. They advertise that the loan amount will be credited within 24 hours, and even claim in their ads that you’ll receive the money in just 5 minutes, which is completely misleading.

The repayment period is only one month, but they themselves waste 4–5 days in disbursing the loan, reducing the actual time available for repayment.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service due to their poor customer support, misleading claims, and delayed loan disbursement.

The absolute best app for emergencies!

FatakPay is hands down the best app out there if you need an instant loan. I tried it last week when I had an unexpected medical expense, and I was amazed at how fast it worked minimal documentation and the money was in my bank account in a matter of minutes. It’s reliable, safe, and truly live up to its name of being "Fatak" (instant)!

WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I had called more than 30+ times and more than 13+ emails to fatak pay …. But they are not responding even in calls and emails …. I had taken loan of 5000 on june 4th and the repayment time was 1 month duration and i paid repayment on 9th june within 5 days and now the app is not processing my loan it is showing me first 48hrs and next 24 hrs and now when i have to apply loan and its shows 30days and the issue i was phasing from 10days onwards and the customer support team is not responding me … discusting things for this very disappointing of fatak pay

Not transparency

My emi due was on 3rd of every month and they auto debit the amount on 3rd and there’s only two emi left for me to pay to foreclose my loan and I paid the full amount to forclose the loan next day even there’s a mail from fatak showing that my payment was successful but there’s no NOC provided for foreclosing the loan and there’s one overdue shown in the app I tried to contact with their customer service but they’re saying the same thing
Again and again it’s very disappointing to experience this kind of behaviour fixed this one and update on the app. If there’s no clarification do I need to pay the amount again and again to your app this is very bad thing

My money was auto debited, even after clearing their loan

My money was auto debited from my account without prior notifying me. I wash few days late to repay the loan, and these guys have harassed me. My personal contacts and have harassed them to. I have never denied anybody that I was not going to repay my loan. Moreover, after repaying the entire amount, ₹1500 debited from my account there is no person available on manual calls from their teams. This is the worst application. I have ever came across. I would not suggest anybody to use this application.

Threats, Harassment and what not?!

I have been relying on fatakpay since long and this is the very first time i haven’t been able to pay my 8k loan as i am in chaotic financial distress. I am getting 20 calls daily, and threatening messages on phone. No one is responding to mails or Instagram dms. I won’t let this go. I only asked for some more time to make thr payment and yet i am being harassed like anything. Never ever using this app again and i will surely file a local FIR complaint for intimidation and harassment and with RBI ombudsman and also post a reel on this.

Harassment!

The recovery team will literally harrass you and your family if you delay even a day payment. They will spam your phone with otps from all website! This clearly shows what they are doing using our details. The person who harassed me and my family, verbally abused and threatened is Ankit sing that guy texted me from multiple numbers. There is nothing as privacy for customers. I am a frequent customer and this is my first time paying late and this guy has made hell for me continuously spamming

Not at all good and very bad experience with this aap

I never thought this app would treat me this way. FatakPay has given me a very bad experience. The service is extremely disappointing, and the behavior of the agents is unacceptable. If a loan payment is delayed even by one day, they speak very rudely and do not show any understanding or willingness to adjust.
This has been a very poor and stressful experience for me. I am truly unhappy with the way FatakPay handles its customers.

Waste

I took a loan from Fatak Pay and later contacted the recovery team to close it. They clearly told me on a recorded call that if I paid the principal amount, all penalty charges would be waived. I trusted them and paid the full principal immediately. After payment, the penalty was not removed. Instead, it kept increasing daily and has now reached ₹1800. I shared call recordings, videos, and payment proof, but there is still no proper response even after one month. This feels like harassment and unfair practice. I do not recommend this app.

The worst app ever dont use this at all

I had availed a loan from FatakPay, and due to unavoidable circumstances, there was a delay in repayment. Instead of handling the situation professionally or with empathy, the customer service team resorted to harassment.

I received close to 100 calls in a single day, which is completely unacceptable and mentally distressing. Some executives used abusive and threatening language, creating unnecessary pressure rather than offering a solution or repayment plan.

This kind of behaviour is not only unethical but also against basic customer service norms. Financial difficulties can happen to anyone, but harassment, verbal abuse, and intimidation are never justified.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before using FatakPay. A company’s true values show during difficult times, and unfortunately, FatakPay failed badly in handling this situation.

Fraud

What useless time-wasting is this? I have been waiting since yesterday at 5 PM — it has been 20 hours now, and still no one is giving any call response, nor is anyone calling me. My money also hasn’t come into my account. Does it really take this much time just to make a call? What kind of useless app is this? If this is how things work, then stop the distribution — I will switch to another app. You are just wasting my time for no reason. And you’re giving AI-generated email replies… what is customer care even sitting there for?

Assistance is very poor

I have a limit in this account which i already repaid on time everytime i used but last month due to some family medical issue i am not able to repay it on time but clear the dues as soon as i get the money still they blacklisted my profile not even bothered about my situation.

Loan Amount Not Credited, Yet Harassed for Recovery — My Fraud Experience

This is the worst and most fraudulent loan app I have ever come across. They never transferred the loan amount to my account, yet they continuously send me text messages and make calls demanding recovery.

For more than six months, I have been trying to resolve this issue with their team, but they neither respond on time nor make any attempt to contact me back. I have provided every piece of evidence from my side, including bank statements and my communication with my bank regarding the loan deposit. Despite this, they still fail to respond or take any action.

Because of their negligence, my CIBIL score has also been negatively affected. When the recovery calls became harassing, I even reached out to the CEO, Mr. Amit Lodha, and Mr. Ajit Kumar on LinkedIn, but I still received no response.

At this point, I am planning to take legal action against them. Before doing so, I want to inform all existing and potential users: do not use this app under any circumstances. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a loan service.

Without processing the loan they send me loan approval mail

At starting they gave good service and as they say they will release amount to your account after 24 to 48 hours and I had applied on this month 9th but today I got mail regarding congratulations your loan is approved and wait till 24-48 hours again why would I wait this long and no proper support to speak with it’s all AI DONT BE A FOOL THEY CHARGE MORE THAN THEY PAY TO YOU IF YOU REQUEST for 8k you will only receive 7200 but you have to pay it more as I’ll be sharing the picture for clear clarification

Unauthorised Auto-Pay Without Active Loan — Requesting Refund

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience using the FatakPay app. The app automatically deducted money from my account even though I currently have no active loans with them. This is very concerning because there was no prior notification or approval for the auto-debit.

I have already contacted customer support and requested a refund of the deducted amount. I hope the team resolves this issue quickly and ensures such errors don’t happen again. It’s important for a financial app to maintain transparency and accuracy in transactions.

Until this is resolved, I’d advise others to check their linked accounts regularly and be cautious about enabling auto-pay options on the app.
