Fix??? Do better.

I see your responses from other reviews mentioning the issue and inability to move past the ambulance scene. A bit unprofessional to say to each person reporting this issue, “oh there’s no problems on our side!!”. Multiple people are having this problem with gameplay, including myself. I paid deluxe for this game and I want my money back. DO BETTER.

Impossible to play on iPhone

The combination of the inventory button (no option to remain unhidden), the iPhone home button, and the bottom of the screen's use as a back button versus an actual visual back button makes this game impossible to play. I can't focus on the story or gameplay because I'm too busy trying to stay in the app when swiping, open the inventory to use an item, or avoid constantly going to the last room. Truly the worst game design I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

Want my money back

I am very disappointed. I finished the beginning play and then opted to purchase. Directly after my purchase the game would not give me the item after the ambulance hidden object game was completed. Cannot go any further without the item. This is unacceptable to me and my wallet!!!

Not fixed!

I see reviews from years ago, saying you can’t get past the ambulance and it’s still true now. The fact that they have never corrected that in years is deplorable. And keep the game online for people to purchase! Refund

So I started play this game and when I was in the hospital thing somthing pop up and it is saying purchase this or something like that and when I am pressing the main menu it’s not letting me get out so can you pls fix that

Was playing this game and the hidden objects switched to match
Objects and would not let me return to hidden objects. It froze on me
Again this is the second game that this has happen to me.
Can you please fix this.😡

Still has glitches

It’s 2024 and the ambulance issue is still not fixed. I cannot progress in this game and I barely got started. I love these games but this was nothing but a waste of money. It worked until I paid for it. Then I couldn’t play past the ambulance. It also kicked me out a couple times at the beginning. Please fix this game!

Don’t buy!

I bought the game and have the same issues that people were having 3 years ago! The ambulance and the taxi scenes. Now I am stuck.

I am currently stuck in the taxi dispatch center and cannot do anything. I did get the joystick but it is not showing in my inventory so I am not able to play the game to get the next item. Please help!

Glitch at the mortuary

I could not continue the game at the HOP in the ambulance. The basin cannot be picked up at the end.

Ridiculous..

Trying to find the Kidney dish in the Ambulance, nowhere to be seen!!

Can’t get past Ambulance! Don’t buy this game

I have played lots of these games, and many by Domini but this one will absolutely not get past the Hidden object game in the ambulance. I paid almost $9 for this game. Ridiculous. I’ve never had this problem with a game before.

Way too glitchy! It’s an older game so they’ve had plenty of time to fix it but obviously don’t care enough to do so.

Technical issue in Fatal Evidence The Missing

I am disappointed with this game. The hidden object scene in the ambulance will not allow me to complete it, so I'm stuck.
I tried sending messages to the technical assistance “bot” but it just tells me to rephrase the question (Which I did several times).
If this issue cannot be fixed, I would like a refund.

Subliminal massages are offensive

Please, stick to neutral themes. There is no need to brainwash people with your sexual preferences or at least have the curtesy to let the customers know so that we decided whether to buy the game or not. I had to delete the game before finishing it.
