Amazing experience
Not only are the clothes great, but they have an excellent customer service department. I’ve worked with them twice and not only do I get fast responses, but my issues are always resolved.
Terrible customer service
Ordered an outfit and received notification it was shipped, roughly 2 hours later I was notified it was returned to the sender. Tried to contact customer service and not receiving a response. Won’t be doing business with them anymore.
Poor performance
The app is very slow to load even though I was using the latest version. Very cumbersome and not very user friendly. Categories may as well not exist as it just appears to bring up every product when clicking on a specific one. No size guide available - when clicking on the link you get the washing instructions. What clothing company takes pictures of the models only from the front. It’s all very well making them look good on a good looking model but I would think most people would want to see the entire product.
