Frustrating
I’ve only been able to sign in successfully ONE TIME after that constantly fighting to get in. Definitely will waist your time. Only thing is the event I attended was still able to find my tickets so I guess that’s a plus .
ANOTHER ticket app
I’m tired of having so many different ticketing apps. But it really pisses me off when they don’t let me add the ticket to Apple wallet, so on gig night I need to remember which app I used to buy the ticket.
Easy to use
Great app, quick and easy to use. Use’s Apple Pay unlike some websites that require your account details. Tickets available in your acct and can be added to phone wallet. Fab!!
Needs to work on it it’s calendar layout, as scrolling you get dates that have passed.

Moneu
Charged me twice, I did it on the website and closed the tab but the payment still went through with no notification or email as confirmation, checked my bank and 28 has been taken out twice
please fix app for IOS
when searching for location the keyboard obscures the results. cannot make it retract. can’t search since you have to click on the location results. makes app unusable
Simplicity
So easy quick and straightforward
Imbala
Absolutely fantastic music, best and vibe every time
AM
Notifications don't work properly
Easy
Very easy to use this app
Coldplay candlelight
Awesome!
Unusable
Asks me to verify my number but never sends me a code, no matter how many times I try.
Gig cancelled a day after booking
You can guess what happened next….
Ripoff
Adding an order processing fee on top of a booking fee is absolutely robbery.
Improvement
This is very slow
Too much personal information
The phrasing Fatsoma uses in their app to me seems predatory when asking for certain things such as contacts (your entire address book) and more.
great app easy to use
Marvelous
Efficiency of the app
Easy to use
Terrible customer support
They do not help to support you as a customer at all. If you require a dispute with an event, they are not helpful and do not try to resolve it
Booking Fee and Admin Fee
How can you charge a booking fee for each ticket and then charge an Admin Fee on top of that.
