ANOTHER ticket app
I’m tired of having so many different ticketing apps. But it really pisses me off when they don’t let me add the ticket to Apple wallet, so on gig night I need to remember which app I used to buy the ticket.

Needs to work on it it’s calendar layout, as scrolling you get dates that have passed.

Charged me twice, I did it on the website and closed the tab but the payment still went through with no notification or email as confirmation, checked my bank and 28 has been taken out twice
please fix app for IOS
when searching for location the keyboard obscures the results. cannot make it retract. can’t search since you have to click on the location results. makes app unusable

The phrasing Fatsoma uses in their app to me seems predatory when asking for certain things such as contacts (your entire address book) and more.

They do not help to support you as a customer at all. If you require a dispute with an event, they are not helpful and do not try to resolve it
Booking Fee and Admin Fee
How can you charge a booking fee for each ticket and then charge an Admin Fee on top of that.
