update version 2.3.5 The control for the total amount of the product prices shown on the invoice, purchased from salespersons capable of making sales to customers, excluding VAT, has been changed to be above 1000 TL instead of 100 TL. People at the airport were really unhelpful and then you’re met with an app that doesn’t have English as an option. Awful service!

Bad Tax Refund Company Ever!!!

App is in Polish, refund never received. We submit the inquiry through website a couple times, only get the acknowledgement email… nothing else… Never ever want to shop store with Planet Tax free partner again!! Would want to give 0 star if I could.
