Very bad experience with Fauji udaan

I am booking one flight to Delhi to Srinagar to 18 feb 2025. I am working with Indian army. I am late just 10 min to reach the airport. I am reached to airport around 7:50 to 8 Am and the SpiceJet department telling me i am very late and he telling me you are very late cancel the ticket we are refund you . But he refund me only 288 rupees the ticket was 13254 rupees.
I am travelling for a duty purpose not the picnic
