beware! app took my money & doesn’t work

downloaded this app on 2/21/25. till today (2/25/26) it is still not working. i have not been able to use or take ONE picture and my weekly subscription is almost done. this app took my $4.99 and i have been able to do NOTHING on this app! it keeps telling me i need to get the paid subscription (which i already paid for) and when i try to renew or simply rebuy the subscription to see if it’ll work that way, it just says “payment failed” — leaving me with nothing to do in the app. i essentially gave them money for nothing. it has been almost a week and still… nothing. so incredibly disappointed and so unethical of this app/company to do this to paying users.

Do not buy

I purchased the weekly subscription and it worked for one photo, after claiming it was “unlimited photos” for a week, it’s trying to make me pay again after that. I want a refund.
