No movie info?
I recently have contacted them 3 times in a month and a half on an issue. Still no response at all. Also, I want to tap on a movie in hopes that some info on it it shown. No….it just plays. Why can’t they put in movie info like other apps? Well, they told me they will solve it with the next update. So I updated it now….and NOTHING. STILL no info on what the movie is about. Another oddity is when you watch a movie and it finishes another movie starts right up. I don’t want to watch it so I stop it. But then it is in my “Continue Watching” list. There is no way to remove it. I fast forward to the credits and lit it finish and then “X” it out. But then there it still is.
Just snapped the review rating to one star. They still have not really done anything. STILL NO MOVIE INFO ON MOVIES UNDER GENRE SECTION!

Please create personalized local tv channels
This app would be considered absolutely amazing and a 100% worth canceling all other app subscriptions for if it allowed users to watch local news channels specific to their state/ district or zip code. I am in Washington, D.C. so I watch fox5 not fox54 or whatever them channels said. Make that adjustment and this app would be absolutely perfect. Better than tubi… etc :)

Needs a lot of work.
1st-Whenever I look at a movie to see what it is about, the app adds it to my "recently watched list", even though I didn't watch it.
2nd- please since the app does 1st above, let me remove selected "recently watched". Now the only choice is "remove all".
3rd- please allow me to pick which of my favorites I want to watch after I finish watching one. Now, the app picks for me and if I don't watch that pick it gets added to my recently watched (I didn't watch it).
4th- hire a competent programmer rather than using a hack with no skill (see 1st, 2nd, 3rd issues above).
This could be a 5 star app, but now is barely a 3 star app.

The Fawesome Experience
What an amazing lineup of classic and hard to find films. My go to movie app for the cool, hip, and obscure!
Regarding the over app experience
While streaming, my iPhone gets very hot and drains the battery quickly. Also, add an option to choose video quality. Still need some improvements, but overall, the app is really good.

More like Fawful or Ferrible, this is the clunkiest worst designed app I have ever experienced on my Apple TV.

Free - Not Worth It
The huge collection of cute, classic, great, indie gay films has migrated again to Fawesome. The sad part: to run their free service, they have been cropped and compressed so badly they are not worth watching. Films from TLA Releasing, Wolfe, Breaking Glass and others like the Eating Out series.

Genre option are easy
Quick to go genre options makes so much easier to flow through the list of movies. And there is a decent selection. However, it does freeze up, which sucks.

It’s Spectacular
My battery hates this app
The only reason I am giving this a one star is for a major issue I have, same with someone else I know too. Using an iPhone 17 pro max and anytime this app is used, while on WiFi, the phone just warm and the battery drains super fast. Don’t have max settings on brightness or anything. It is super strange and a real shame.

Unusable UI
Absolutely the worst playback UI I have ever encountered. The Apple TV version, for example, will not even let you PAUSE playback! And getting to the CC controls is impossible, I tried ten times.
So yeah, life’s too short to put up with this garbage, not when alternatives like Tubi are run by sane people with normal UIs.
