Stopped working w/o Notice

Until the developer suddenly ceased operation of the app. It was good and highly reliable. I hope they bring it back. They should have notified users before they terminated functionality.

Did not sent fax

I sent three faxes to my healthcare provider and none of them went through. Not sure where my medical info is now, and this set me back a few weeks for a time sensitive issue. I would give negative stars if I could. I paid $20 to send fake faxes.

Scam

Purchase another app. I downloaded the app. There is no trial. To send a fax, you must purchase credits. Fair enough. Faxes continuously failed to send. I contacted the recipient to make sure I had the correct number. I fiddled with the app for 45 minutes believing it was my user error causing the problem. Contacted customer support. No response yet. Downloaded another app. 1 fax free trial. It went immediately to the number I put in.

Marvellous app

This product has been a great find. I’m so glad to have control over sending faxes from my smartphone, instead of depending on office services that too often struggle with overseas faxes, or unable to provide confirmation.

Excellent feature of this product is that it allows you to buy credits, and does not require a monthly subscription. Ideal for those that have a need to send faxes only periodically.

Quick Fax

Quick Fax is easier to use and much better “Fax” app than others I have used. Thanks, it really saves me from running around town trying to find somewhere to send a fax from.

Use all the time

App is easy. Faxing is inexpensive and always works. What I like most is that I can forward a pdf given to me in an email right to the app to be faxed wherever I want. Wish it had a receive fax capability.

Um es benutzen zu können muss man erst mal bezahlen. Und dann …. Funktioniert es nicht. Ich erhalte immer eine Fehlermeldung das die Telefonnummer nicht 10stellig ist.
