Don’t count on keeping your fax number
My fax number stopped working in three days. It started giving a busy signal, which is ridiculous because it’s my reserved number. I downloaded this app because I wanted to receive faxes. It is not reliable for that purpose. If you need a reliable fax number, skip this app. Don’t waste money printing the phone number on forms because the number will stop working. I’m sure it sends faxes fine. Any app will do that. It’s easy. But again, find something else if you need a way to receive incoming faxes.

The best efax. Been using for years and no problem at all. It's efficient and I get the reports emailed to me every time. I can scan, take photos of docs and fax and it also gives the option of a cover page. Just Brilliant!! The price is reasonable per week for unlimited faxes.Cost me less than in the stores.

I had this app before about two years ago. It was perfect for my low volume needs. It was the most economical out there for my Apple Pay. Quick and easy set up, enter the number, snap the pic, choose grey scale or b & w. SEND! It loads it into its queue and after successful delivery, it provides a receipt.

Why can’t I submit a NEW Coer sheet?
On my 1st Cover Sheet was re a different provider- with a message for that provider- I need a NEW Cover Sheet for another provider!

Firstly it says free / costs 8.99 a month when you buy it puts your file in a queue that takes FOREVER TO SEND - STAY AWAY!!!!
Wouldn’t work
Trying to fax mortgage info to bank. Neither number worked. After 1 hour in Queuing it said the number hung up. Emailed support. Never got a reply. Not sure what the $9 subscriptions for other than to fleece money.
Worst fax app I’ve used.
Glad I am paying for a monthly subscription only to login weekly and find out I need to pick a new number EVERY TIME! That is a real time saver for when you are expecting important documents. Great app.

The faxes don’t send at all not worth it

None of the fax actually sent ! I had to use another app just to send the fax ! Very inconvenient since there’s no way to verify if the fax was sent unless I call the recipient and sit on the phone for over an hour just for them to tell me no. And then they charged me 8.99 after I already canceled before the trial was over ! Another scam app with fake reviews.
