Too good to be true
I have the unlimited version and unfortunately, this app is no longer working for me. I needed to fax over some documents to a doctor and unfortunately, I am receiving an error message stating that I have no Internet connection which is not true. I can’t even send out a message to the developers. Every time I hit the submit button, nothing happens. It just stays on the same screen. I guess that will teach me to buy an unlimited version of anything.

The Fax App is not available for faxing because of difficulties. It works sometimes but then it doesn’t because of problems with the app. It states that I can’t send a fax because of no internet connection but I am on the my Wi-Fi and able to surf the web.

I paid for annual faxing and have not used it in a while. Now that I am trying to fax about 20 docs it’s saying unusual activity and won’t allow me to fax but there is no way to contact anyone for help.

The app does not work
This app no longer works. It keeps allowing you to restore or make a purchase and only for the yearly purchase and then when you try to send out a fax, it’s not working and they are customer service or their contact information when you try to request a refund that also does not work. It says that check your Internet connection and then we tried to send. There is a bug in their system and they did not take down this app from the site to fix the issue and the issue still persists.

Not so satisfied
I don’t like the fact that I can’t retrieve the faxes that I previously submitted. Whenever I click on it to see the documents, it closes out the app.
