Too expensive
For a fax app , there’s no reason to pay 70 bucks a year for a fax app . I might pay 5 dollars a year .
Don’t buy takes hours and hours to fax
I sent a fax at 10am then 12:30 pm 1pm the only one that went through so far is the 12:30 it’s now 4:25pm who has time waiting for this bs. You select contact then is so how can we make it better… no response

My fax failed to send and I need a refund

I downloaded the app and it said to try it out for 3 days for free. I clicked on it and it didn’t give me the 3 days. Instead it charged me $69.99 and I haven’t gotten my money back. I’ve been emailing them for 2 months now and no one responds.

Absolute scam
Downloaded the app, to try the free three day free trial. The first thing that comes up is the subscription options. So I assumed you had to sign up for the subscription before you got the free trial. Took the money off my account, and in the small print says you will not get your free trial if you’ve signed up for a subscription. Also, the app did not work with the fax number, so was an absolute nonstarter!

Would not load
Couldn’t get the app to load my fax once I had it all ready to send. Then charged me the full $70, instead of the free trial. What a waste of time!!
