FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGE!!!
I downloaded this app and signed up for a seven day free trial on August 2, 2026. The end date for my “free” seven day trial was August 9, 2026. I canceled the subscription on August 6, 2026. On August 6, I was billed 7.99 plus tax for the app well before the seven day “free” trial period ended. I submitted a refund request from Apple explaining all of this and I got a prorated refund. I appealed it and my appeal was denied. Apple explained to me that the vendor has some control over whether or not I get a refund. Unless you don’t mind being ripped off, don’t sign up for this app.

No Way to Cancel
There is no way in the app to cancel the free trial. I have contacted support with no answer and can’t find any way to cancel. Don’t use this app unless you plan to fax a lot of documents or you don’t mind being charged for something you won’t use again.

This was the only FAX app on my iPhone that would actually send my faxes
1st time fax from IPhone/IPad
Because I had like 9 pages to fax it took a little while to send but it did sent, so just have a little patience/time & it will go through.
Great service
Fast and easy to use. I’ve tried 30 other app services and always fight me on file type or size or take hours to send not these guys !!! Just like using one at home no issues quick and smooth!
Not Free to Use
I guess it’s my fault that I read fax from iPhone: Free and missed the (of ad) part. Sigh. I was expecting a free app and this is not free to use. I’m disappointed but perhaps will attempt to try for free for 3 days.
Illegible
My fax went through but was illegible despite clear scans. I didn’t cancel my subscription in time so I got sick paying $74 after taxes for an app that doesn’t work (for me anyway)

This app is a lifesaver in a hurry! One thing I’d like to see is on the sent fax list. It would be helpful to set it up by the date the fax was sent. Outside of that great app keep up the great work!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I paid for the year cause it was suppose to be a 3 day free trial and didn’t even give me a trial it charged my card the whole amount and they refused my refund and tried to charge me again I never got to use it
SCAM - 3 DAYS FREE IS FAKE!
I opted in for the free 3 days and then they charged me immediately. I cancelled the $69.99 subscription within a minute because I only wanted the free 3 days and when I tried to get a refund, Apple denied it. I’ve reached out to the support on the app and they are ignoring my emails. Complete scam and shady business. Don’t give them your money!
