I downloaded this and paid $8.99 for a week to test it out- glad I didn’t do a full year. I only needed a number to receive some documents and it just sat there spinning and eventually said “Purchase failed. Unknown error.” This was on WiFi, mobile, and then two different WiFi networks. It just won’t work.

Waste of Money – Doesn’t Work, No Support
Paid $8.99 expecting to send and receive faxes from my phone as advertised, and the app completely failed. Tried multiple times—nothing worked. Even worse, I reached out to support and never got a response. Total waste of time and money. Avoid this app—save yourself the frustration.
Not worth it
I have tried multiple times to send a fax yesterday and for some reason it wasn’t working. I canceled the free trial, and they still charged me.
Poor instructions.
I decided to download the app, but it does not give me a fax number that I can have someone fax anything through. It gives no instructions whatsoever.

I have always used this app. This the first time this has happened.. it took my subscription fee and it not allowing me to do anything with the app. I was able send a email at first,never gotten a response.. now it not allowing me to send a email saying the app doesn’t work anymore
