Impossible to figure out how to use I've spent hours trying to send a simple facts. Still no progress still no further ahead still no explanation still no AI tool to help you when you get stuck hopeless ridiculous waste of time. I want my money back, please

Hi, Scan.Plus is a free app with no paid features so there’s no charge to refund. To scan, open the Scan tab, align your document, tap the shutter or let auto-capture grab it, then tap Done to save as a PDF. For faxing you’ll need Fax.Plus. If you need more help, reach out at support@alohi.com.
What's up with that new splash screen?
After latest update now get splash screen begging me to subscribe. What's up with that and what's the restore button do at the upper right of screen. Is that what gets rid of that screen? This is why I hate updates. You can't go back if update doesn't appeal to you.

Hi, thanks for updating your application! The new screen introduces paid and upcoming premium features. Tapping Restore reactivates any past upgrades and removes the prompt. Scan.Plus core features remain free-just tap X or Restore to clear the banner.
Update changed everything.
It worked perfect before the update. Now it won’t let me in the app with asking me to purchase a subscription. Funny that the app claims it is for free. Remove the wording before getting sued for false advertisement.
