This app did not work at all!

I was attempting to send a very important document. The ap failed 5 times to send. I purchased a different fax ap and it sent the first time.

What joke

This app has the nerve to have all these fake reviews and stars… what a joke!!! The app can’t even upload the document properly. Don’t waste brain cells down loading this crap. It’s completely a waste of your precious time… APPLE SHOULD be ashamed for allowing such garbage be presented to their customers! They make you rate with at the lowest of one start however they don’t deserve that.

Blank faxes - cancelling

Tried to fax 2 docs. This app did not work; recipient received only blank pages (despite this app showing green check mark, indicating a successful fax). Another app worked fine; recipient received the docs.

Am cancelling my subscription within the free trial window.

Waste of time

Gets lot of good reviews. Failed each time I used it. Went to Staples paid more and was successful. Not a great app. Ought to be free until you succeed and then pay for usage. Uber doesn’t charge if you don’t get picked up for example. Petty ripoff. Really zero stars☠️

Hello! We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you would like to cancel the subscription, you need to go to Apple ID Settings > Subscription menu. There you can find the subscription and cancel it. (please note that this method can be applied for any possible subscription). Kind regards

Didn’t work

I tried to fax five times. Different times of the day. Each time fax failed. I sent an email to the developer regarding the issue no response.

Cancelled subscription. Would like the fee I paid for the app reimbursed.
