Billed me an extra week last time - even though I cancelled the renewal in a timely manner. Today, I renewed and the program refuses to acknowledge the renewal even though Apple indicated I have been charged.

Very slow to send, says over 1 hour to send a pdf fax. Not sure why it would take so long to send a fax via internet but a faster speed would have been very helpful for something needing faxed on a deadline. Trying it out for a week for a temporary need. Will not be renewing it.

Fax of 31 pages was unbelievably slow: 10 hours.I was unaware of any confirmation that the fax had even gone through.
As I figured out how to cancel my firm's subscription, 3 months after sending the fax, I discovered a notice that the transmission had been successful.

Not advertised as free or fee based. Makes you go through all the steps until you find out. Should be disclosed UP FRONT!

Works well . Slow: it takes 19 minutes to send a fax. I did not call the receiver to make sure they got it yet.

Next to Impossible to Cancel Auto Renew
While the program works perfectly, unless you want to sign up for the rest of your life then don't choose this program. You have to go to ridiculous lengths to try to cancel and the app itself provides no step by step instructions on how to turn off auto renew. You would have to get Apple involved to try to find the method to avoid auto renewal. If you click on "support," it does not work leaving you without any recourse.
