Paid for a year service and it only let me send one fax and then not work again after that

Does Not Work
I downloaded this and paid for a weekly subscription for a few faxes I needed to send. The app would not send them. It just sits on the loading screen and never loads. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for 6 pages and nothing. I tried splitting them up and got 2 to go through and the rest would not. I tried over several days and eventually had to download a different app. I tried to request a refund because I paid for something that doesn’t work and I can’t even get that. Absolutely would not recommend.

Did not send fax
The fax was only 8 pages and would not send. At an hour I cancelled it. My WiFi is fine so there wasn’t an issue with that.

I want my money back too. Faxing 7 important pages for 6 hours? Just sitting and can’t cancel it. How do I reach support.

I was looking for something simple easy to use fax app. I paid for your app and weekly subscription and your service never worked. I had important tax documents to send and couldn’t. I want my money back

Doesn’t work and it’s not free
The app says it’s free. And of course it’s not. Paid for a one week subscription with a discount. Tried a few times to send the fax I needed to send and it never sent. Deleted the app and cancel the subscription. Don’t waste your time with this one folks!
First week is cheap
0.99 for unlimited faces seems like a good deal in comparison to other apps
