Still not working

Unfortunately I had similar problem to others plus a final one. I paid for fax, entered information. Before sending I need to navigate away from the app to double check the phone number. When I ca back to this app, it requested payment again. There was no response from the app when I clicked send button so I payee again. The second time it said sending. Progress bar got to had way point then never moved even after waiting 10 minutes for a two page document. Beware. Do not use
