Doesn't send or receive faxes
I tried numerous times to send and receive faxes from my iPad. The fax center shows my faxes were sent successfully but they were never received. And today I was contacted by a sender from my office that they cannot send to my number. I paid $15 for a monthly subscription. A complete waste of time and money.

Love this app!
So great to be able to print from my Ipad! I don't use the fax function, but this app works and works great to print. No problems so far, and I've been using it for a couple of months. Highly recommend.

Still haven't been able to successfully send a FAX. Will keep trying...

Terribly expensive and of no use if you already have a fax number.
After sales service is practically non existent and no refunds though the app is very misleading.
Good idea as i need a fax with my I Pad but stay clear of this one.
Very disappointed....well meaning no doubt but of no practical use at all.

Crashes everytime I add printer

Do not waste your money on this app!!!!
Developer does everything to get you to buy a fax number online which you do not need to send faxes out.
Of my 17 page document only 13 pages were scanned. I entered the USA fax number preceded by a +1 but my fax was not sent. Customer support insists that I didn't include the "1" which I did. So far they have not acknowledge the problem of an incomplete reading of my 17 page document.
Customer support is absolutely AWFUL.
Save yourself the headache and frustration. Don't buy this app!

So disappointing!
I have a HP officejet 6400...nothing fancy, but this printer isn't supported! This purchase has been a waste of my money.

Disappointing App
I was shocked to find that after paying 4.99 for this app it cost "credits" to use the fax options. The 800 number they allude to "without a subscription" costs a minimum of 14.99 a month. I think that it should be made clear that this app costs the user additional money to function.

I have not had one problem with this app! Easy to use! Documentation is great! I fax invoices with this app and it always works!

Wonderful app. Recognized my hp printer immediately and fax feature worked like a charm!
Do Not Buy
This app will not work on my home network. Have an Epson Workforce 600, network connected straight to access point. Fax & Print does not see the printer. Two other pc's in the home see it and print to it all day long. I did get it to see a networked printer in my office but all it does it print numerous blank pages, some with symbols. I think it is printing Klingon. Do not buy this app! Someone please give me my money back!

Stay away from this
Have spent the last 4 hours trying to get ghost work. Will not find files on iDisk. Manual is very confusing and does not answer questions. Could have driven to Fedex and back three times with the timeI invested to get this to work. ZERO stars
Great App
This is a great app. Just be sure that when naming a document you use the same protocols as when naming a document anywhere else--no symbols, slashes, etc. Works great, and it's nice to be able to fax from anywhere at anytime.

I am not happy with this app, Why do they make them so difficult to make work,,I havent got a clue how to use it,I have sent for help, but no one answers my notes.This is a terrible app,, as far as Im concerned,,,Im sorry I paid the money for nothing.
Great app
This is a great app I am able to send faxes anywhere cheaper than going to a shipping store . For about $.20 cents off it goes in about several seconds nice and clean. The printer part works very nicely.it is great to have it all in one. Also the units used to sent faxes are easy to purchase .

The app worked good when I needed to fax something but the app should be free since they charge to send a fax. It's only $.99 for 4 pages but if you have to send something large you might as well go to kinkos or something.
