VIRUS IN APP
Come ON APPLE! I thought you guys screened all apps before submitting to the public! And no Virus' for MAC?? Is that a thing of the past?
Worst app I've used. There are many reasons ratings are so low for this app as well as the free test app.
Beware! The test app seemed to work but after paying $9.00 for the Pro version...
1) It would no longer print in color,
2) All jobs sent from my iPhone 5 were in A4 format causing toner to smear off the end of my standard letter paper making a mess of my expensive color laser printer.
3) Print resolution was horrible for items printed in the pro app,
4) Worst of all, it caused my (networked) printer to no longer recognize any of my three computers that were previously printing perfectly.
5) I give one gold star only because customer support replied (although unsympathetic and completely unhelpful).
6) I deleted the app after it crashed my network and printer.

I use this only for file transfer and printing. It works fine and is worth installing for this functionality alone

Good app, never had major problems always done the job.
Only thing would suggest is the ability to amend a document after saving it, saved letters before and needed to add something but can't so have to re-type whole thing.
Also phone book does t work have to manually type number in.
Apart from that it's cheap and perfect for us.

Absolutely ripped off...! They state you can send FREE faxes but YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE CREDITS!

Waste of money
You need to get an account and pay for the privilege of sending EACH fax! Do not waste your time or money. These apps on the app store leave a bad taste in your mouth, and what it tastes like you wouldn't put in your mouth. The creators of this are probably ex used card salesmen.
It works great!
This latest update had the driver for my printer. I am very pleased. I've also used the fax feature in the past which impressed my client.

After purchasing 40 fax package-had to send important documents to NY State Gov-and after them only sending 1 fax with 2 pages-I got a message saying that I had NO MORE CREDITS!!
Then after sending customer care a strongly worded email-I then get a message saying that because the docs were large file-they had to charge me more! BS!! ANY place where u can send a fax-they charge you by the number of pages you send-NOT their size! Have sent faxes to and from all over the world-NEVER had this happen!

Not so good.
It worked with my free credits. In fact it worked very well. I tried several times to purchase more unites and I keep getting an error code. I have asked customer service several times and all they say is "check your iTunes account". Check it for what? Bad customer service
