Now they are offering a one year subscription, which is nowhere close to the value in credits I used to own.

I don’t know anyone that needs a fax app that does not want the ability to send and receive. i’m currently waiting for a refund. I gave two stars instead of just one because the customer service was very fast snd friendly.
SCAM! Not free and the faxes hang and no refunds.

It doesn’t deserve any stars. I needed to get one form by fax for our business. I sent one page from myself to myself to make sure it worked. I never received the business fax form. I purchased a 1-year subscription and was billed $359.48 and another $3.24. That’s fraud and I will report it!
Buyer Beware
I am unable to unsubscribe. And now I’m beholden to pay 31.86 if I want to download apps on my iPhone .. Why am I unable to UNSUBSCRIBE?
Useless App
This app doesn’t work as advertised. I have attempted to send several faxes from my phone and they are never delivered. This purchase was a waste of time and money.
It makes life easy
I really enjoy using this form in the way of faxing because it is very convenient.

Ok Product
It’s an okay app. The only con about this app is when I take pictures using the scan app feature and when the picture is being saved into the app, it fails and I have to retrying. When using a different app and share it to this app it works fine.
Great first impression
I just reviewed a bunch of these apps. I picked this one as no recurring subscription. I bought 100 credits for $5.99 plus tax. I needed to fax a bill but am working from home due to COVID-19 and no longer have a phone line. I created a cover page and attached the pdf I saved to my iCloud folder. I then went into history and emailed myself a confirmation. Supper easy considering we should be beyond fax technology at this point.

Rip off. Does not apply paid credits towards account.
A receipt of $23.79 was applied to my paypal I received no faxing credits. Have not been able to fax from this app. Stay away. Figure out another way to send documents, especially unemployment documentation. This app steals your money and adds to frustration level when you try again only to find you can’t send because your account shows no credits. This app is a thief plain and simple. I’ve never had this experience and I don’t know how to rectify this.

Took my money and still no credits weeks later
I would give this zero star rating. I installed this app, payed for some credits to send a fax. Payment was taken from my credit card and it has been a couple of weeks now and I still don’t have any credits on my account to send a fax. It is hard to find a contact to let anybody know, I did find an email address, but have not heard back. Feeling really ripped off. And I had still had to go out to send my fax.
