This app has charged my credit card yet my fax attempts have failed due to insufficient funds. So I'm out of money and my fax has not gone through. So disappointing. I would give 0 stars if possible
Unreliable
This is the third occasion me trying to send a fax with over 50 credits and I had to reload 50 credits and is saying that I have no credits very unreliable dissatisfied.how do I get a refund or contact number

Did an in app purchase for credits. my card was charged but no credits were placed in the application. iTunes had to reverse the transaction. I emailed the company and to this date I still have not gotten a response.

App collapses right after clicking send a fax. I added money thinking I needed to have $ there to use it. It took my $ and still didnt work. Useless

I like it that it can access dropbox files. I simply upload the files needed to be faxed to my dropbox (pdf or png) then fax it using this app.

I downloaded few fax apps to fax document to canada, tried all but this is the only app satisfied my needs in terms of price and features - recommended!
Great, except you can't read the fax
Not sure if this is a one time issue but I'm not trying to pay another dollar per page to find out. I sent two pages, perfectly legible. The app quickly and easily combined them into a PDF and sent it very quickly. I was very happily surprised until I received a call from the recipient saying the fax was so blurry nothing could be read. I'll change my review if I receive a response to the email I've sent about the issue.
