Needs work
When sending faxes it’s important for the cover page to be 1st. I have to cross my fingers and hope it be the top page. And my 2nd page should not be my 3rd page etc. Please work on this because faxed pages aren’t getting sent in the order in which I attach them. Any suggestions? Please reply! Thank You!

The Fax Service is great - but the app is poor
As a fax service I really like Faxage and would recommend. The website works very well. The app, however, seems neglected. You can send and receive faxes - sure. But it is seriously lacking features.
Two biggies:
When you send a fax you must type the number - cannot choose from any contact list even though this is a feature on the web.
If you choose to send a fax, but then change your mind, there is no way back to the main screen. Only option is to re-start the app. What?!
C’mon. Please update your app. Please?

Worst fax app
My biggest problem is having to do each photo one at a time. Not only does this take way to long but it is painfully aggravating, why can’t you select a folder of photo documents or multiple images at a time?
Paste a number?
Would like a field to paste a number instead of typing out a number.
Favorite numbers so we can quickly send faxes. It seems more about looking good than being functional
The website and email function is a million times better.
Maybe a universal web app maybe a better focus than this app since we love the company and the service but no the ios app

Not completely functional
The parts of this app that work on the iPhone make it easy to use your Faxage account. Outgoing faxes show up and you can track them. However the inbox page never shows your incoming faxes. Or at least for a few hours anyway. I faxed a page from Kinkos today at round noon. It’s now been 4 hours and nothing is show as received in the app. The test fax does show up on the web page however.

Website A+, App not so much
I’ve been a customer for a few months and I am very pleased with the website and how easy it is to navigate and use.
However, I have been able to use the App once and ever since as soon as I try sending a fax from the app using my camera to capture the pages, the App freezes and never progresses from processing the initial page.
I hope the issues are fixed because it is a very convenient tool that I use often enough.

This app works so well.
Most fax apps are overcomplicated and expensive. I like how I can receive, sign, and send back a fax without having to download the file. Finally.
Amazing customer service
I had an apple glitch with the app and they were very helpful.
Example when I clicked on a pdf that had 6 pages it only said sending one page however, it actually sent all 6 pages. They are updating that now. It was easier then I thought to use and very affordable with many plan options from a small amount to a busy amount.
