The whole website is down, unable to log in or email a ticket? What’s the issue?

I’ve been unable to reach them I’ve sent numerous emails and they never responded back and they are still deducting money from my account
Beware of this
It is very difficult to cancel. I cancelled over 6 months ago and they continue to bill me monthly for a line i have not used the last 6 months. I had to contact the credit card company to have a hold put on them for any future charges. Also be aware that the phone numbers are not real. Fir instance for Chicago they give you 312 555 1212. Not a real number. They give the same for all other numbers but change only area code. Call can not go through so if you try and cancel don't think you can call someone to discuss it and you don’t receive a cancellation confirmation. Im not even sure they respond to support emails. At least they haven’t for me. So i had to finally call the credit card company to stop their charges. Buyer Beware. I think they count on people forgetting and keep charging.

I have been trying to reach FaxDeck for 11 days. I am unable to send or receive faxes. Even though their website claims they would reach out in 24h, no one has.
Doesn’t work!
I have nothing against this business but this fax service doesn’t work!, I contacted them but none reached out to me. No refund!!
