Signed up to premium because of the unlimited fax they promote but I only was able to send 3 copies , which they all failed, and was still counted as a document sent.

Hello Steven As with all IOS Apps, you can unsubscribe from your phone Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions

Maintenance on server
I got this app and paid the £4.99 for three faxes to send an urgent fax. 24 hours later I still can’t send the fax due to ‘maintenance on server’. But that’s okay - you’ve got my money!!!

User friendly
Its easy to use especially people like me who dont need to send fax frequently. I used for sendint several official papers and dont have any trouble. I highly appreciate this app

I love that they have the option to send faxes without subscription. I personally dont send faxes too often, so it is a great option to be able to send them without buying a subscription🙌🏼🙌🏼
