Disappointing
Why is it that the app gives you the option to create a cover letter yet it doesn’t include it in fax?!?! Why would I send documents with no explanation as to what it is or for. The recipient never received the documents

Same issue - even though you toggle for free trial you are charged for a month of faxing before you even start. Unacceptable.

Save so much time trying to find a fax.
Initially skeptical
Searched for an app to fax documents from my phone to the IRS. Found this one and was skeptical as the title reads. Did the 3-day free trial thinking i was going to be limited in what I could do. Surprisingly, I made an acct, uploaded the documents, and they were sent in under 5 minutes. I kept staring at its “sent” status still thinking that it seemed to easy, but then I quickly got a notification that the documents had now been delivered! Obviously it doesn’t take much to impress me, but I do think this app is pretty fantastic.
