Very Buggy

Every time I try to open the program on my phone, It does not recognize that I have an account with a dedicated number. Now I cannot find my FAXes. I opened on my iPad and it is there. It doesn’t make sense.

Freeee and easy

It was quick and you have to watch short ad for it to be free which wasn’t the long annoying type of adds I downloaded it and within 2 minutes it was complete and sent over

Simple & Convenient

It’s simple & convenient to fix. I love it but I’m not sure if the people I faxed received it or not. They are backed up & haven’t checked to see if they received my information.

If it shows as delivered, that means the receiving fax line confirmed receipt on their end, even if they haven’t physically checked it yet. If you need any help reviewing the status, our support team is always happy to assist!

Not sure, can not put my name in!

I think it might work well. I have received one fax. BUT it won’t allow me to type my name in. I want to report that as a problem, but I can’t report a problem without putting in my name. I can’t send a message to ask for help without putting in my name my name. I’m stuck in a loop here. If anyone from the APP reads this, please help. This might be a great APP if I could just enter my name!
