Not user-friendly with voiceover
This app is terrible for anyone who's blind or visually impaired. Not only that, but none of the apps that i'm finding let you receive a fax and that's what I need. If you can find an app that lets me receive a fax, please let me know, but this one does not let you know where you are when using voiceover, and the speech stops and kicks you out. They really don't think about blind people when they create these apps. Developers need to really think a little more clearly when doing this. A lot of us who use voiceover use apps and we'd like to use it the same way sided people do.

Downloaded this App as it advertises “Send and Receive Faxes”….. just try and receive one!!?? No help on it, no “Contact us”…. A crap app, IMHO!!?? 🙁🙁

No copy to review what was sent
I needed to fax something right away and had to subscribe to the free trial with future weekly charges under duress. I mistakenly thought that my fax would get a confirmation that it was received and the ability to see the documents sent but that wasn’t the case. I CAN see that a fax went out. It says successful but there is no other information, like the number faxed or the documents included. I was very disappointed and canceled my subscription.

I sent two faxes to someone 3 days ago that also purchased this app so he could receive the faxes. He never received them-in-spite of app saying faxed successfully. So he sent me three faxes to test the app on his end and I never received them. So we both wasted our money.

Very limited we should head more flexibility
Limited visibility on what you have faxed. Doesn’t allow you to see what you have faxed or if you had to resend your faxed. You have to scan the entire program all over again. ☹️ would be nice to have it user friendly.

That’s $4.99 a WEEK, regardless if we use it or not.
Does not work
After reading the reviews I thought I would try it. It makes you believe there is a limited version that you can use, but there is not. You cannot send faxes unless you pay for a subscription.
