I am so happy to have Fax.Plus on my phone. It has saved me so many times getting documentation to where it needs to be. ASAP. !!! I tell other people about it all the time they can’t even believe it. I love it when technology really works. Fax.Plus really Works. !!!

Fast fax
Fax.Plus seems to work very well.. I generally don’t do a lot of faxing, probably once every 3 years thought
Scam
I cancelled immediately because it could not do a simple fax I needed. I then contacted to cancel no response and they charged me the month after. STAY CLEAR. I now have to get a new card for them to stop charging me.

This is not free!!!
It looks and feels as though there is a one free time use, however there is not. In order to actually send the facts you have to subscribe which is very inconvenient and misleading.

Ich hatte erst Zweifel, muss aber sagen, das Geld lohnt sich wär wirklich gerne E-Mails und schnell faxen möchte lohnt sich das alle Male und ich habe sehr viel zu faxen. Das ist das beste, was ich jemals machen konnte.

They promise 10 free pages but it says 0 , and they want you to pay. I never used this app. False Advertising !!!
200 Pages Is A Lie
I paid for a subscription that would allow me to send 200 pages per month as described in their subscription plans. However, I went to send one fax (my first and only with this service) with 24 pages, and it wouldn’t let me send it because it had too many pages. False advertising. I asked for a refund within minutes of my purchase and was informed that the company would not be returning my money. Waste of time and money.

Never sent
No free trial, I tried sending 1 page, paid $8-9 for the lowest subscription and it never sent the 1 page I needed sent - it kept saying "number busy". Used a different app for free and it worked no problem. Contacted customer service for a refund but seems like a scam
Misleading information about the subscription (fraud)
At the time of subscription, Fax.Plus clearly displayed the Basic Monthly plan for $8.99 and stated “$8.99 billed monthly.” However, I was charged approximately $92 instead.(one year subsecription)
I would not have subscribed if the actual charge had been clearly disclosed. I consider this misleading and do not wish to continue using the service.
Please cancel the subscription, refund the full amount, and confirm that no further charges will be made.

It's only "Plus" if you pay $$$
The HIPAA compliant version is $80 per month. That's the only version I needed but the price doesn't show up until you download the app and set up an account. Waste of my time.
Terrible and disappointing app
Thought there was a free trial, after submitting the fax it made me pay, then it was so slow and glitchy the fax never went through. Do not recommend.
