I have used it twice thus far because I don't own a fax machine. It is super convenient to be able to rent a fax number for an hour here and there when you must need one.

Sender tried faxing 1 page over 4-5 times and the fax wouldn’t come through. App customer support claimed it was a misfeeding problem by the sender, although the fax came through to a landline. Requested a refund and was refused. Don’t waste your money.

Go with another fax service!
I paid for a one hour token to receive a fax. The first try to receive the document came through with squiggly lines. I had it faxed again and received a notification saying I had another fax. When I went to open it the app wouldn’t allow me because I only had two minutes left. And now it is saying the second fax was never sent, although I saw the document come through and received the notification saying it arrived. I believe this is a ploy to make me buy more tokens aka time. Customer service was zero help. Don’t use!
