Unlike the other food delivery apps, you can actually see where the driver is on the map. Also my deliverer, Zakkiyah sent me a text before she left notifying me of the ETA.

Don’t gamble with this app
I’ve ordered 4 times. Twice of those four times my order was horribly late. The last time I ordered it was over 1 hour and 20 minutes PAST the scheduled delivery time which was already 55 minutes. When I called, I called REPEATEDLY with literally zero answer. Huge waste of money, no customer service, I wish I had never downloaded the app. And just so you know, a 68% is an F, but my success rate was only 50%.

Horrible
Every time we order our food is over an hour and 30 minutes and it’s always cold and gross. Have it a good shot (4 or 5 orders) great idea but epic fail and they give you no way to rate the service. Deleting the app.
Terrible
Use the website. I ordered food on a Wednesday at 6pm, it never came and no word back on the charge to my card. Avoid this app and stick with the website.
Awesome food and delivery
This is the first time I ordered food using faytogo and the food came hot and fresh with exactly what I ordered hot and fresh. And the delivery driver Demetrius text me every step of the way he was so nice and courteous too! Thank you yummy express for the food, thank you Demetrius for awesome delivery and thank you faytogo! I will choose this over Grubhub any day!!!
