Please fix app no new update but won't let use app until I update. Going on for over a week now!

There is no new app update. I can't access the app on my
Phone due to a notice that says new update needed for security...once it takes you to the App Store...there isn't a new update. App is no good if you can't use it! App update needs fixed!
