Logging in
The app works fine IF you can get beyond logging in. Face recognition does not work. And please don’t try to reset the password. The app requires username OR email, neither work. Very frustrating.
Awful app
App won’t let me add my account. It doesn’t matter if I try account & zip code or account & last name, I click continue and nothing.

i hate this app
awful no way my passwords always wrong. the app never knows if i need to put in my email or username despite what it says. if change power companies but there's nothing else

Slow and full of bugs
For a private company who probably makes more money than any other in the state this is the worst application ever made. First you can’t even sign in, and that includes the online website. But when it comes to shutting your power off they are fine with that… we’ve been trying to sign in for weeks now with no success.

Horrendous
This app is absolutely horrible. There are PLENTY of bugs that need to be fixed. I’m having issues just signing on. Signing into an app should not be so difficult.
