Not user friendly
The app times out to quickly. If I hit the back arrow, it takes me all the way back instead of the previous page. It should have easier functionality to find transactions.
Transparent & easy to use
I admit to being pleasantly surprised by this app. From the volume of information it shows, to the clear layout, to the ease of use, I have continued to be impressed. I use it most often to quickly check my Flex Card balance.
Frustrated
The app is VERY user friendly. My only complaint is that I have tried numerous times to use the Face ID but it never works. Other than that the app is great.
Can not submit via app
I have tried over several weeks to submit receipts via the app. App won’t work. Reported to office. Still nothing. Tried to go to App support here. Page not found.

Overall a decent app, but nothing happens when I select a file to upload to a transaction.
Worst thing ever!
It used to be ok, but now it doesn’t let you upload receipts so of course your claim is denied….. just crap!
Unable to Determine Account Expense is Submitted Against
Most features work on this app, however, when you have for multiple accounts from different years of the same type it’s unclear which account is being used when submitting an expense for reimbursement. I would expect the account for the current year to be the default. That doesn’t appear to be the case; my submissions were allocated against a previous year account that did not have any remaining balance. Appears you are only given the option to select between account types when submitting an expense and not between different accounts of the same type.

Great tool, could be even greater
Handy tool to gauge my spending. But with FSA, HRA, HSA...it is hard to keep track and know which I’m spending from (and which I can carryover to use later for retirement health). A short blurb on the app might help. Otherwise, great tool...very handy!
Surprisingly Helpful
I downloaded this app because my HR specialist mentioned it existed. I didn’t use it much and subsequently forgot about it. I rediscovered it when open enrollment came around and I found myself in the age of COVID-19. This app has proven itself really useful. I didn’t realize how much information was available to me. One of the best features I find is that it’s Finger ID compatible and the developer implemented the feature. The integration with my FSA account is well implemented. This has proven to be a joy as it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone at my Plans Administrators office. So glad I listened to my HR Specialist advice. My personal opinion is that the UI could use more color. Otherwise its good.

Outstanding app
Our employees love the FBA app. Claims are processed very quickly and updated account information is always available. The ability to upload receipts that attach to a claim is also a terrific feature.
Not bad, but needs improvement
App is not bad, but the developer really needs to optimize the UI for the iPhone X and up. The menu icon in the upper right corner doesn’t always register because it’s squeezed in under the battery indicator. My second gripe is as soon as you swipe out of the app, it will sign you out immediately. If I’m midway through a transaction, I often will swipe out to use my camera app to take a picture, crop, and highlight/markup an invoice and when I return I have to re-enter all of the information for the claim I was entering again.

Easy and convenient
Much improved since I first used it. I love that Touch ID has been incorporated. I like that I can submit claims through the app and easy check up on claims which simplifies everything.
