No Sales Rank Information

I have used this for over 2 years off and on. It consistently shows no SALES RANK INFORMATION. I have tried to email this company, but they never respond. To me, it’s useless to pay for this if you can’t get the sales rank info.

Slow processing speed and inconsistent results

Compared to similar apps this one is very slow. Data take up to 5 minutes to see search results.

Recently, a lot of results comes up with No Rank Info Available. A repeat search immediately after ‘no results’ may show results with rank that matches Amazons current rank or may still show No Rank Available.

It’s ways been slow to process results... now in addition to being slow the results are inconsistent.
