Idk what yall did but recently for a while now there’s an error where none of my accounts current balance or past transactions load. My app is stuck on my statements from a week ago and hasn’t updated any transactions since then. It literally says “Available 1 week ago” on all my shares. Even the browser website doesn’t let me log in. Fix it

I regret ever having this bank as soon as I can I’m changing banks they are too difficult too many restrictions on debit cards always locking them down. Declining purchases at places that you always use.

App is garbage, where do i update it? Can’t see my money over some stupid simple thing? Pathetic.
Mobile Deposits
I have had much trouble with depositing checks via the app. It keeps rejecting my checks, and I think this feature needs a little work.
Check Deposit
We should be allowed to deposit a bigger balance using the mobile app. Most financial institutions allow up to $3,000 mobile deposits.
Deposit limit
Can't deposit more than $150 at a time
Online banking.
Your online banking is easier to understand and the transactions are easier to track because most times you can tell who they went to instead of our other credit union where you have no idea where some went to.
