Worst App Ever!
I was told by my agent to use the app for proof of insurance. I can’t log into the app. Using the app”Email” option to sign in shunts you to “Use Google to sing in.” It doesn’t recognize my Google sign in. I can’t show proof of insurance as a result. Please fix this awful app.

Works great for what I need
I like that I can save my auto card to my wallet and can easily find my agent’s contact information.
Glitch Fest 5000
Tons of broken links and faulty connectivity. I tried filing a claim and the system glitched out. Seems like it’s mostly good for advertising and saving your card info on your phone.

Worst app ever
I can’t believe Farmers Bureau has such a bad app for their business. They know it’s bad but just keep on with the same thing day in and day out. This app won’t recognize log in info, passwords, has writing overlaying other writing so you can’t read things, and looks like a two year-old designed it. Do better or lose customers.

Download this worthless app if you have a ton of useless time on your hands and want to completely waste hours trying to find insurance information or file a claim, it will take you in circles and you will know as little as you did before you started, except you will be super frustrated and may have thrown your phone across the room before deleting this P.O.S. app.

Terrible app
This app has nothing but crashes and login issues. Even the reset password won’t work properly it always takes me to the App Store to download the app even though I’ve already deleted and reinstalled it.

Does not work, zero stars
Does not open anymore, just shows an umbrella moving around. Even when it did work, nothing was ever updated. When I got an email saying new documents were available, there would be nothing new in the app and the policy info was not changed. Now it doesn’t open at all.
Loading issues
The app just sits there and loads and there is no other way to get my documents. Very frustrating
This app is janky and difficult
Almost every time my bill is due for my car it will say I don’t have an insurance policy on the app. Therefore I can’t select “pay bill” I go to the website to try and login. I couldn’t remember my username so I try to send my email a link and I don’t get a single email. This happens every time my bill is due. However on the days it’s not due I can go into the app and look at my policy and look at all my payment history. I just think it’s interesting it only happens when I actually need to use the app

Can’t add cards to wallet
My main complaint is that it has the feature to add the insurance cards for Auto to the Apple wallet. This if it ever worked is now broken. It takes you to a link in safari and then immediately closes the tab. Please fix this!!!

The app and website regularly make me re-input all of my payment information despite using the same method every single month and there is no option to set up automatic bill pay. so disappointing and annoying considering this is a feature of almost every other bill payment system/app. i appreciate the easy access to my insurance card within the app but whenever i try to add it to my apple wallet it opens a browser and then immediately closes the browser and nothing happens…
