The saga continues … Despite purchasing the $35.99 Culer Premium Membership via the app , I am still locked out of all content despite the premium membership status listed on my account in my account settings . Therefore , I decided to purchase the $47.99 Culer Premium Membership online via my laptop in hopes of immediately resolving the issue and at a later date , requesting a reimbursement for one of the two memberships that I had purchased . After making the purchase online , I was congratulated , received confirmation , and directed to the Barca home page . I immediately selected to watch their full match highlights against Birmingham and was given the notice to purchase a Culer Premium Membership . Thus the endless asinine loop continues of the Barca platform asking me to verify a premium membership that has now been purchased twice and is clearly displayed has having been purchased within my account setting . This is beyond infuriating !!!! While also lacking foresight , proper technical planning , and integrity !!!

After having purchased a $35 membership, “culer premium”. I cannot access any content whatsoever on Barca play. It is beyond frustrating whether it’s a short preseason video or match highlights or a classic match , I am directed to re-login after already being logged in . To add insult to injury, the app puts up a firewall prompting me to purchase a subscription despite the subscription status in my profile page clearly displaying that I’ve already purchased that subscription . The same issue arises on my laptop except that their online firewall prompt asks me to our has an additional membership for $49.99 . It’s misleading and if I were to acquiesce, I’d be out $85 for the same exact product . It’s utterly asinine , poorly designed and financially negligent .
