Never received our tickets, had to get it sorted in the stadium. BAO don’t respond to emails or phone calls. Awful service considering the hefty prices.

Te piden demasiadas informaciones para lograr descargar las entradas que compraste. Adémas está muy lenta la app. Ósea no solo es un problema de la app sino del club por pedir tante información para acceder a un partido de balonmano, en una palabra ridículo, innecesario y perdido de tiempo. No volveré.

Too slow
There must be something gearing with the server. When I went to the arena/stadium and opened this app at the end of que, the app suddenly stopped loading ticket info, probably because too much traffic at the same time. As a result, I had to spend extra 15 minutes to go to the ticket office. I saw so many other people around me having same trouble. Terrible experience. Cannot believe this is happening at the such a prestigious club in the world. Athletes are good, but business side is terrible.
